OK, the best way to get help is:
* Start with the *first* problem which occurs. Problem #3 is very likely the
cause of #1 and #2.
* Show *exactly* the commands you typed and the error output produced.
Remember, the more info you give, the more likely someone will be able to
see what the problem is.
