| | GP2D12 Please help
| Please help. I just recently got a Sharp GP2D12 ir distance ranger plus RCX interface device from mindsensors. | | Opening COM port error
| Hi guys, First of all, thanx Brian, but I managed to solve the weird firmdl.bat problem by fooling around with different batteries and IR range levels. Secondly,I'm trying to send data packets to the RCX through java methods called from a C++ (...) (21 years ago, 28-Nov-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.java)

| (...) Hi Stephen, 2*Michael and others, I've (finally) started playing around with brickOS again. My RCX and almost all of my Lego is in storage a long long way from here, but that may actually be a good thing in this context. I've applied Jochen's (...) | | Proximity detections in ROBOLAB?
| Proximity detections in ROBOLAB? It is possible to use the IR port on the RCX for proximity detection in NQC but I can'y find a way to do the same in ROBOLAB - is there anyone that has done that? You send messages from the RCX and use the (...) (18 years ago, 7-Aug-06, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

| | Re: Communication with Swan firmware

| I've used the RCX with standard LEGO firmware, though I'm not familiar with the Swan firmware. Having said that, this simply sounds like the old message is not getting cleared to make room for the new message. Have you tried calling the (...) (6 years ago, 18-Jun-18, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)
