Re: IR Sensitivity - Was: 1.5/2.0 infrared problem

(...) Mark, Thanks for posting this. I've been trying to figure out how to do that, but I don't know enough about the IR messages and baud control of BrickOS to do it myself. (...) I don't know if this is printed anywhere, but here's some more info (...) (21 years ago, 3-Nov-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos, lugnet.robotics.spybotics)

(...) I was not referring to the IR LED. I was referring to LEDs that can be connected to one of the motor ports. I believe Ross' initial response gave me the information I need. Thanks for everyone's help. -Brian (20 years ago, 10-Aug-04, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Communications (I'm a total newbie by the way)

Hi I've been reading the NQC guide v2.3 and I notice it tells me how to send and receive IR messages. Now I reckon I could send messages between RCX's, but how can I send messages to a program running on my PC via the IR tower (assuming that's (...)   Lego IR Remote - What is max send rate?

I'm working on the motor key handler for legOS support of the IR remote. I'm looking at service rates of keypresses at the remote. (...) Yes. I found on article on using the battery voltage to determine the same thing, i.e. more current, less volts. To do it you need replacement firmware.
