 | | Re: WINLNP QUESTIONS
| I did some more digging. When I look into the reg I do not find the reg keys as mentioned on the (URL) page. I dig in the code and set the com port by hand (directly to com1) and now I have the green ligth on the IR tower. However still no messages (...) | | RCX 2.0 Difference
| I have got both an RCX1.0 and RCX2.0 unit. The RCX2.0 has a much less sensitive IR port. I would use the remote control to send messages and start and stop programs and to trigger motors. With the RCX1.0 the remote could be pointed at the unit and (...) (25 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

 | | Power Down for RCX
| I know that in the diagnostics window for the RCX Control Center you can set the "Power Down" time, this sends a message to the RCX about how long to wait idle before power down. | | pbFORTH needs better uploading, docs
| So I've just been crawling over some broken glass, ERR, I mean, uploading pbFORTH text files to the RCX! It's hard to tell the difference! At the least, pbFORTH needs to: 1) accept \n, \r, \n\r or \r\n all as it does a single \r now. 2) have a mode (...) (27 years ago, 8-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth)

| Can anyone tell me if this function is blocking: lnp_integrity_write or, how can I find out when it is complete? I'm trying to do proximity stuff with BrickOS and I want to know when IR is being transmitted. Thanks Steve (24 years ago, 22-Aug-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)
