| | can't dll with brickOS 2.6.10
| I have been away for quite a while, and when I tried to upgrade to 0.2.6.10 I found that after I firmdl3 (which works, and the RCX works) I am unable to dll (yes, using the included dll, yes, with rebuilt .lx files). I get "error deleting program". (...) (22 years ago, 8-Apr-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

| | Re: remote control and rcx -- Download Failures
| Several people report download failures at about 75% of way through downloading the 2.0 firmware. This problem could be related to using one of the "quad" speed downloading routines available in many of the alternative development systems. The (...) | | Re: firmdl3 on Winnt - no more problems!
| (...) NQC sends a command over the IR to what it expects to be the stock Mindstorms firmware. I know the `-d' option always reports the battery voltage so that may be it. In any case, it's not a problem, just ignore it. In my experience `nqc (...) (25 years ago, 18-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

| | Re: Does NQC support arrays?
| Depending on what the value in the array needs to be you could use a bitmap (e.g. if you want to store true/false to denote the presence of something)... you could then represent the decimal value of the "array" of ones and zeros ... so, for (...) | | RCX as TV remote?
| Hi, all. I just got an RIS for Christmas, and I've been happily alternating between hacking on it and lurking here and at the various Lego sites on the web. Yippee, legos! Ahem. I've been interested in the possibilities of using my Palm IIIe as a (...) (25 years ago, 30-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos, lugnet.robotics.palm)

This means I will have the tower hanging off the PDA, but I really hope (...) (24 years ago, 22-Feb-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Normally this happens on a quiet track where all you have powered is the decoder being programmed at the time. However, if you have a bunch or (...)
