Elizabeth Mabrey, in her last post, referenced ROBOLAB 2.5.4B. I have just procured a copy from my Spectrum (distributor in Canada) but it is 2.5.4 (without the 'B'). Sorry, I think I need to clarify further... - This is in the "Investigator" section, NOT the regular program area. - after I click on the big "upload" arrow, I changed the dataset name to, e.g., "ds1", but there is no graph. - I click on the "upload (...) It seems to be a bug: Symptom: 1) after doing the programming in level 4, do to the upload data window by clicking the "upload area" icon 2) click the big white (...) A few questions and another answer: I don’t have my nqc ref to hand, but does the one external output on the cybermaster support float? (...) I think the latest official gcc-binaries for brickOS are still 2.95.x. However, I have binutils-2.15 and gcc-3.4.0 running under linux and had only minor problems. Make sure you compile gcc without the stdc++ libraries or just ignore the (...) (20 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

(...) I think all you really need to do is switch the motor port between "float" and "brake". That's the same as opening and closing a touch sensor.
