GCC 3.3 has made multi-line string literals a syntax error. (They were deprecated from 3.0). This is very annoying, because they made lots of sense for things like inline asms, and brickOS has lots of them. Below are patches which append \n\ to the (...) The system sound 1-sec delay explains some of my observation. The rest is explained, I think, byt the fact that my test program was also using data logging to record the timer values. After I have done the changes desribed in thread: (URL) brickos-0.2.6.10 .text is not within region ram now i can compile the kernel with CONF_DSENSOR_MUX. But the DSENSOR_MUX does not work. I have checked this item with an osciloscope on the (...) (21 years ago, 15-May-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

The problem does not come from container's container, but from the fact that ROBOLAB adds a 1-sec delay to each system sound call. Instead use play-tone here. There is only a 2/10 sec pause. We have worked over a similar problem in our Boy-scout and (...) (21 years ago, 14-May-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

Hi, When u want to send message from the RCX for instance to a PC, what is the sequence of bytes do u follow. For example if u are sending from a remote control/PC to the RCX, I know u send something like this: 0x55 0xff 0x00 and u follow each data (...) (21 years ago, 13-May-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)
