(...) I don't see how registry traces could affect a DOS program. Did you remove all the environment variables used by cygnus? You need to use level 5 and use the "write data point to set" command. Any command other than this one includes the time stamp as well, which takes up memory. let me know if this works for you. (...) (24 years ago, 17-Dec-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.robolab)

I tried your new procedure and got the same result as before. Then I transfered the whole installation (not the zip and tar files) to my notebook. I should add that this was Internet Explorer 5.5. I just discovered that this does not work with Netscape... although maybe there is some setting that you can do to make it happen. Of course, I could always link the .rcx extension with launching (...) (24 years ago, 17-Dec-00, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.robotics.rcx)
