You can interface the Ranger to the HB directly without any problem. Look at the software contributions on the HB home Page undre ther directory of 'kent'. I'm forwarding this to our team member that has most of the documentation at the moment. We tested our Polaroids with an O-scope, we have some code we found that has handyboard send out and receive a ping, and a lot of the available HB docs. So we (...) See the Handy Board Technical Documents page, linked off of the main page. It's the MC68hc11 reference manual. It's no longer free, but it's really inexpensive (like $2.50 per copy). Thanks for your last response. Today we wrote and tested: Run motor 1 forward at half speed. Monitor the microswitch at digital port 7.
