| What are the requirements of your project? What information are you looking for specifically. The reason I ask is, with the right algorithm, the logitech SDK for the vision command hardware can do just about anything a normal camera can do. You can (...) | you could make that one stud thinner by placing it within a framework. now i have something else to work on... i did recently make on from a 24t gear but it rotates around one of the four holes off axis and is really only good for use in a sensor (...) | It might be worth trying to increase the area that the light sensor is seeing by putting some kind of a lens in front of it. | Yes, the object is to have the RCX robot monitor its own battery charge (something available to the RCX firmware, and lejos, etc..) and then when it is consistently low to drive up to some sort of home made charging station and get a boost.
