As a simple example, build a robot that drives towards the brightest light source, and then when the ambient brightness is above some threshold have it change behavior and (...) | | Re: Robotic simulators
|
| (...) Sure. But that does not automatically lead to good results. I think you can be able to mimic the internals of a robot with some precision. Ah, you will limit your robot to some drive-and-seek robot, I think? I mean, you don't want to simulate (...) (21 years ago, 25-Apr-05, to lugnet.robotics)

| (...) Hi Dan, To my knowledge, there is no such a thing, and there is not enough information in the LDraw library format to be able to do this. A parts connection database was partially developed which would help with this, but so far it has minimal (...) (21 years ago, 24-Apr-05, to lugnet.robotics)

 | | Mindstorms Centers
|
| I would love to know more about this program and people's experiences with it. It seems like a franchise. I'm surprised there are so few centers in the US on the map. Also, I notice that the URL is under FIRST LEGO League, but there's no direct (...) (21 years ago, 18-Apr-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx, lugnet.robotics.edu, lugnet.lego)

With a cheap digital camera (say 800x600 resolution) with a 2.5meter ceiling (around 8') looking straight down through a typical 60 degree field of view lens, you're limited to an area about 2m wide by 1.5m wide...less if you are working on a (...)
