  So where was everyone?

I have just returned from Brickfest 2001 which was a GREAT event. Thanks to the WAMALUG folks for putting on such a well organized and interesting weekend. I was a little disappointed to find that Tim Courtney and I were the only two people out of (...) (23 years ago, 17-Jul-01, to lugnet.robotics)

hi Rainer, to bad, but again a negative answer ;-( I had the same question a few months ago (using Delphi, but that doesn't matter): quote===...=== The spirit.ocx definies a number of events (far more than in the ocx documentation are mentioned), (...) I would like to get a set of Handy board PCBs done. I have obtained the diagrams of the PCBs from the handy board site but I need to get Green masking done due to the intricate design but I haven't found the greenmask diagrams on the site. If (...)   All your Yellow Pod fins belong to us - Q visits the Legomaster

So here's a story about two Mech builders living on opposite coasts with like minds and how Q came to visit. I "played" with Lego ever since I was a kid. I first started building Robots/Mechs as a serious endevour when I was around 18 years old. It (...)   GP2D02 Interface Question?

Attached below is IC code for a GP2D02 rangefinder. This is a slightly enhanced version of code from Bjorn Astrand. My question relates to the use of TMSK1 in the code. From reading various M69HC11 documents, I think (???) that I know what bits are (...) (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

problem with floating point numbers (legOS 0.2.5)

Hi Here are two programs I've compiled and downloaded into my RCX. The first one works fine whereas the second doesn't (no music). Since the only difference between them is the type of the variable "number", I'm worrying about the ability of the (...) (23 years ago, 25-May-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

yego, The wait_event function takes an event function as the first parameter, not a sensor number.   Re: HELP, has anyone ever seen SPIRIT.OCX events ??

(...) I just hacked together a quick-n-dirty C++ program to talk to Spirit.ocx. It unlocks the brick and downloads new firmware into the RCX, all using the public methods exposed by Spirit.ocx. I sink events from the .ocx, and I don't get any COM (...) (23 years ago, 27-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

(...) Have you enabled the events? You need to both define an event and enable it before it will work. --Ian (23 years ago, 25-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

(...) I mean the active-X events, like "ondownloaddone". I've never seen an active-X component for which you should enable the events. So I presume spirit.ocx will fire an "ondownloaddone" event, when it's ready with the download. But spirit (...) (23 years ago, 25-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)
