It might be that it can - but you won't find any menus in RIS 1.5 program that let's you use the software for the Scout - I strongly believe this will be with a Scout version 1.5 (or 2.0 - depends). | | | | (...) You can't control the Scout from the PC with the RIS 1.5 update. All you get is instructions on how to control the Scout from a RCX by sending IR messages. There's a little sample program in the manual (screen shot), and a list of the IR codes (...) (25 years ago, 1-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)
