Hello,

thanks to all who kindly put branches and leaves on the thread root
which I planted with my questions re: What to Begin With.
You have saved me already from wasting quite some money...  :-)

(Web/List Master: The tree diagrams for showing thread structures
are very nice and useful. Kudos!)

One more question, please: Apparently, much of the Lego Technics stuff
can be used also in connection with the RIS.
This is good news, as Technics  _is_  available here in Finland,
and sometimes one can even find bargains.

However, can one use more or less indiscriminately all the
Technics stuff, or does one have to be on the lookout for
specific kits only?
Of course, some kits will be more useful than others, but will, basically,
everything be compatible?

Thanks again for your help, and BTW special thanks to Jack Perdue
for supplying the RIS parts picture - very useful at my stage (i.e. trying
to decide what to buy)!

Best regards,
Martin

I would say for the 54.00+tax that the expansions (...) (25 years ago, 12-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)
