since I read a children's story about a mad inventor, who on hearing the
phrase "Pigs might fly", decided that they were probably intelligent

I know that I don't have the power to make them intelligent, so I'm condemned to build (...) (25 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.robotics)
