Realizing that I may be opening floodgates here... When those of us in the MDP can start sharing with the community, I think it would be wonderful to answer everybodies questions instantly & correctly. OK, now, back to reality.   Re: Toddler proof eyes

(...) I have a Robot Pet that roves around, cries when it wants attention (petting via a button, although I haven't got the crying sound right at all), gets over excited when it gets too much attention, needs darkness when it wants to sleep and is (...)   Re: Toddler proof eyes

(...) May I ask what the intended project is? I probably don't have any suggestions, but am curious as to the intended results of mixing toddlers and Mindstorms... Andrew Meyer (20 years ago, 16-Mar-06, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Toddler proof eyes

Re: What's the latest RCX firmware?

Thanks to Michael Barrett Andersen for helping me find the answer: the latest firmware is version 0328, and is available as part of the Mindstorms 2.5 SDK, which is downloadable freely from Lego. (20 years ago, 12-Mar-06, to lugnet.robotics)

Help me improve the Wikipedia article about Mindstorms?

The Wikipedia article about Lego Mindstorms ((URL) is really paltry on the details. There's nothing in there about Spybotics, or Cybermaster, or Micro Scout, or the improvements in the RCX firmware releases, or how the RCX can control the Scout, or (...)
