Hello again Rob,
I have my windows OS updated. (Service packs 4.0 and all the other updates.)
I have been doing some research on the Internet and it seems that the problem
might be on my chipset:
VIA Technologies Inc VT8366/A, VT8367 Apollo KT266/A, KT 333 CPU to PCI Bridge
Seems that the usb ports can have communication problems when you use that via
kt266a. I have updated all the drivers they recommended and no luck yet.
I was thinking on re-installing windows too, but now I am not sure that will
solve my problem.
Have you heard about this before?
Still trying to fix it, and I appreciate you help.
Thanks again, ruth
