2) 130mA. Is that enough? I'm not sure how the RCX works internally, but the
motors run fine on the supply, and I assume that they are going to be the
biggest draw on the power supply. (Assumption is the mother of all
screw-ups)
Short answer is no. A single motor can draw 100mA.
