Wait until after you get the new motor from LEGO. Sometimes they WANT the old
motor back.
I seem to be the king of bad motors. (7 at last count out of 16) All DOA. Lego
has asked for about half of them back. I have one motor that spins fine until
you put a load on it, then it just squeaks. LEGO didn't want it back and it does
work as a generator so that's what I'm going to do. Get some free power from the
Wind.
