  Re: "Servo" Driver for NQC

"Jerry Kalpin" <jdkalpin@sympatico.ca> wrote in message news:GqLv8t.12r@lugnet.com... (...) counts' (...) Well, I'm not really worried about missing a few counts (even though yeah, I've noticed that problem, and it's *extremly* irritating...). I was (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: "Servo" Driver for NQC

(...) This is absolutely the right group! If you do searches on 'skipped counts' or similar wording you will find lots of posts on the rotation sensor missing counts at low speeds. And if you want to get to the bottom line quickly, check this (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics)

  "Servo" Driver for NQC

Hi All, I've got a bit of a problem! Whenever I do a cartesian (or other) robot model, I typically (in NQC) will program a "driver" which can spin the motors with the rotation sensors to any position and delecerate to finely reach the destination. (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics)

  BricxCC or NQC?

I've been working with NQC for 2.5 years and I have never come across these errors. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to solve the problems. Perhaps someone already knows the answer. Here are some screen shots from the computer. As you can (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  Re: Using un`Lego sensors

You said: (...) I quite agree, but this might be a fairly safe first step... (...) All the circuit boards have been cleverly designed to allow interfacing between the sensors and the processor boards. The Lego CPU (aka the RCX) uses an active sensor (...)   Broken charger board...still broken

Hi all, just in case anyone feels like helping, I thought I'd post an update on the current (and very sick) state of the charger/interface board I accidently turbocharged by plugging the 120V adapter into a 240V outlet. As stated in a previous (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

hi John, Your programming speed is faster than light, I even didn't have the time to unzip your previous version. (...) It works great ! You know John, for every person shouting in a newsgroup, there are a couple of hundred silent listeners, which (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

hi Guido, (...) No, you thanks for the program ! (...) Great ! I'm not in a hurry and I'm very busy the next weekend + week. Stef (24 years ago, 26-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  BricxCC release 3.3.3.5

I've uploaded yet another BricxCC release. This one adds a "Tools/Configure Tools..." feature (often requested by at least one vocal BricxCC user). It is only partially implemented. All the important stuff is there but the parameter macros aren't (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jan-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)
