legOS runs fine under the cygwin environment in NT- I finally even tried it myself :) Was there a specific problem that you were having in the porting? The cygnus install is not straightforward- I'll be the first to admit that- but if you are (...) (26 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

The sensor uses two semiconductor devices (that's as technical as I'll get, hopefully). One of them is light sensing and the other is light producing. The sensor works by sending out some light and then sensing how much of that light is reflected (...) (26 years ago, 5-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Hi, I have been trying again to connect the LM35 temp. sensor (10mV/C) to one of the general-purpose Analog inputs (No pull-up), and I have no success, the result was the following: the analog( ) was 121, the equivalent aprox. to 250 C, obviously (...) Luis, The main problem is that I'm using the gnuwin32 environment instead of the cygwin (and I have lot of programs made with gnuwin32 so it's not wise either to port them to cygwin rather set up a secondary c/c++ environment). I'm planning to release version 1.5 of MLCad soon, after that I would like to introduce some things like compatibility to LDLite. I think release 1.6 should be the point where I slow down basic developments on this thing except somebody wishes (...) (26 years ago, 6-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)

It's interesting you mention this. I have also started to use RJ11 and RJ45 connectors in my constructions. It is a neat and compact way of routing 2, 4, 6, or 8 wires around. I've used a very light aluminum air freshener can called OZUIM. It's about 7-8 inches in length and a little over an inch in diameter.
