  Re: Rendered image to jpg?

What you can do if you have Windows 98 is when you have the model in Pov ray hit the Print Screen button (top row, right side). Then open Paint, click on Edit, and then Paste, and boom there it is. Course you'll want to crop it a little bit and (...) (26 years ago, 18-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.space, lugnet.publish)

  Rendered image to jpg?

I have a really silly question. I finally figured how to use Pov ray a little but I don't know how I would go about saving my finished model after it's rendered, in another file format like jpg. I'm trying to put a few models on my website. Told (...) (26 years ago, 18-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.space, lugnet.publish)

Re: Floppies are cool! (was: Re: Finding a useful digital camera)

(...) Ya, it ain't perfect, but it's more than adequate for my needs (basically, taking close-ups of LEGO and goofing around with the cat). One of the other main reasons we bought it (besides the floppy drive) was the 14x zoom and macro (...) (26 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish)

(...) *shrug* Those are pretty nice, but there are definite apparent compression artifacts. And, if you happen to have a laptop, compact flash will "just work" with PCMCIA. (With a cheap passive adapter; came with the compact flash card I bought.) (...) (26 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish)

Re: Floppies are cool! (was: Re: Finding a useful digital camera)

(...) Yeah, if I'd had the money, a Mavica was on my wants list. As it was, I just went and got one with similar resolution (Fuji DX-10) but that cost a lot less--and it came with a mail-away for a USB reader so that vitiated my concerns over (...) (26 years ago, 17-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish)

Floppies are cool! (was: Re: Finding a useful digital camera)

(...) I use a camera that uses floppies (Sony Mavica FD-91), and I'm quite happy with it! Its resolution is only 1024x768, but that's already twice the vertical and horizontal resolution that I really need for almost anything web-related I've done (...)   Re: Finding a useful digital camera

(...) I really like the Nikon Coolpix 950, but that's a bit out of that price range. Some important features are: a good macro mode for taking close-ups, a good lcd screen for composing setups without having to peer through a viewfinder, and perhaps (...)   Finding a useful digital camera

Hello all, I would like to get some quality pictures taken of my Lego models and post them on my website. I've been using a flatbed scanner, which has worked quite well for what I've done so far. However I'm working on some models and a layout that (...) (26 years ago, 16-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Cleaning up my page

I was snooping through your page yesterday. I couldn't get very far with the HTML, so I just accessed the directory and navigated around manually. The model content is very cool. The navigation seems a bit better today (or perhaps I just found my (...) (26 years ago, 15-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish)

  Cleaning up my page

I decided to learn (a little) html today and I've been trying to clean up the ugly code made from geocites' page builder. I used notpad. So far I've worked on these 2 sections: (2 URLs) I also did some work on the splash page but its not done yet. (...) (26 years ago, 15-Apr-00, to lugnet.publish)

(...) OK, I added some lens flares: (URL) one looks best? Are the flares too big? Too bright? Badly placed? TIA, --Bram (26 years ago, 15-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.publish, lugnet.space, lugnet.build)
