The "exact wording of your 'no logo' agreement" is as follows

I am allowed to display any images from Lego , that means anything like the
Sercet Image that you found last year, and you remove them beacuse of the
legal part

Therefore in return I "Michael Edwards" the webmaster of
www.technic-uk.co.uk
Is to remove any images of the Lego logo - "the red blob with lego inside"
and replaced it with a blue square

I have put a little note on the site saying about this blue block,

Guess What, today i had Lego Legal phoned me again! I must be luckly
Anyway they said to me that the new site is what they want, and it's not
misusing their logo's in any way

Also They said to me they are in the process in setting up a task force to
police the websites who uses the lego logo's

Hope this clears it up a bit, if not let me know

Michael

Lugnet and brickshlelf Are controlled by Lego In US

Me and Brickset are controlled by Lego AS in Denmark

Given the international nature of the web, I find that unlikely.

But as the new rules from lego, these sites are not to show any logo's
unless they have permission, which Lugnet and brickshelf has, but i • don't
know about Huw's Site?

I have no permission, and will not be seeking any.

IMHO, any organisation is more likely to prefer its copyrighted images to • be
put on the web in the form originally published rather than have them
'messed about with', and potentially trying to pass them off as something
else.

i.e. Publish LEGO pics with the logo blued-out could imply that they are
made by someone else, or you are trying to pass them off as your own.

Can you let us know the exact wording of your 'no logo' agreement?

Huw
