My comments on the 2000 UK catalogue.

Front cover - is that a Scalla girl that is not in side?

p 2  New address, moved close to Windsor - should the
phone number be 0845 ---- (calls charged at local rate) ?.

p 3  Most people know this, who's going to read all this anyway?

p 17  I see 2745 Electric Delux train set has come back,
is this the first time a set has been discontinued then
made a re-appearance?  I wish there were two train sets,
bridge, crossover, level crossing, extra carriage and loco
in the LEGO system range!  The old push-along range always
seemed popular, has the new range taken off?  I see 2745
in Early Learning Centre sitting on the shelf at half price!

p 18-19  Too many sets in this range.

p 26 & 27  Another new fire station - there are two in 2000

p 28 & 29  Just as Subuteo (I can't spell it) say they are
stopping production, LEGO introduces its range.  I never
thought the '98 world cup sets would be so popular so I'm
sure they will do well.  Note the bad printing for the team
busses and 3404 & 3406 not available in the UK - it would be
nice to let everyone know what else is not available in the UK.
Most people do not know about the range of train items that they
cannot buy.

p 32 & 33  Arctic, looks like a nice range.

p 36 & 37  Knights Kingdom, I'm  sure they will be popular,
I would have liked a battering ram & catapult when I was a child.
Will there be a range with tanks & guns next year?

p 39- 42  I hope Star wars is making LEGO lots of money so
they can make other good ranges.

p 43  Only one train set doesn't make a train system, but at
least they haven't dropped it, I wonder if many have been sold
in the UK.  I saw 20 in Jenners in Edinburgh for £115 !

p 44 - 45  I'm surprised Znap has not been dropped.

p 46 - 49  I wonder how LEGO software sale are doing?

p 56 Technic - the pictures of the big sets 8444/5/6 are too small

p 57 - 59  Are these sets any good

p 60  Coming soon - this is a new idea - no set numbers
- new catalogue in June?

p 61 - 63  More to offer in 2000 - what are these - sets that
are so good they would keep them for an extra year?
