No, what followed (which I snipped) is a paraphrase, IMHO.
I think "exact wording' typically means word for word. Can you type in the text
of the document or letter outlining your agreement, or are you forbidden from
revealing it but allowed to paraphrase?
I acknowledge that typing in a lot of legal boilerplate is a fair bit of work
but it would be definitive. Right now we are blundering around.
