Actually I think that Matt marks up the sets according to how much he paid
for them. Last year we got two 4536 Blue Hopper cars (shipped ) for $25 each
and he sold the Velux houses for $20-25 shipped. Velux is now selling them
directly for the same price. When he sold the Blue Hopper cars he limited
orders to 2 cars, so he was aware of their value. I believe that he sold out
within an hour even though he posted the sale late one Saturday night.
He sells sets and if someone wants one without bidding on them then he
provides a great service. He most likely got these from someone in Europe
and then had to include shipping and some profit for himself. Matt lives in
the Pacifc Northwest and these particular sets are not available here yet.
