Good morning, wow, what a great story! Very cool. I love music. e (18 years ago, 17-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

  Re: Shut up and build.

(...) I can live with this command.... So I'd post pictures of my latest MOC, but it's one week prior to BrickFest, and I don't want to spoil the surprise. However, as a teaser, I'll tell you a bit about it. That way you can at least come up with (...) (18 years ago, 17-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

(...) Well said, Anthony. My hope for LUGNET: Less 'Ego', More 'Lego'. "Big Daddy" Nelson (18 years ago, 17-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support, FTX)

(...) I'd respond, but I have the strong desire to just shut up and build. (Well said Anthony!) --Mark (URL) (for MOCS posted long ago...) (18 years ago, 17-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

  Re: Shut up and build.

(...) Sounds good to me. I took over the livingroom again (there may be "discussions" when my wife gets home... but the kids are happy). I'm trying to come up with my first Moonbase module (seeing as how my 7-year-old did it last year, I'm striving (...) (18 years ago, 16-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

  Shut up and build.

I am in need of LEGO therapy. My life is too stressfull right now to come to Lugnet and read pointless threads. I need to read about LEGO. I don't want to read about who did what to whom. I need to see new MOCs. Heck, I'd even read threads about (...) (18 years ago, 16-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support) !!

In lugnet.people.support, Elroy Davis wrote: [snip] (...) [this entire incident aside] I'm not sure if thread locking is even do-able. I think it was talked about a few months ago (privately).   Re: Worst of the worst

Would an admin please either: 1) ban these folks who want to make their personal squabbles (on other boards!) public here? OR 2) at least remove this thread from the front page spotlight? Barring that, please edit the home page to remove the tag (...) (18 years ago, 15-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support, lugnet.admin.general)

  Re: Worst of the worst

(...) Seriously children, stop throwing sand, no one cares, all this pettiness, of which Mr. Sophie seems to always be smack in the middle. Please do this community a favor and permanantly block lugnet.org from your webbrowser. Scott (18 years ago, 15-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

  Re: Worst of the worst

(...) If your comments were directed at me, then you are absolutely right. I don't post to the forums much. That doesn't mean that I don't read them. Anyone who knows me in person knows that I'm generally a pretty quiet guy. It says a lot that I've (...) (18 years ago, 15-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

  Re: Worst of the worst

Bryce, I really have nothing to say to you on these matters. Let's move on and just continue to build. Thank you. e (18 years ago, 15-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

  Re: Worst of the worst

(...) Hi Dave, Just to clarify this isn't directed at you. You argued it should never have been brought here which I fully agree with. You never once said it should be deleted or locked which is where I take issue. Tim (18 years ago, 15-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

  Re: Worst of the worst

(...) I think that's what started this all (again) in the first place. None of you has any respect for each other. If you were my kids, you'd *all* be going to bed without dinner. I don't know any of the parties involved. I've never met any of you. (...) (18 years ago, 14-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)

(...) Because I have no desire to start a flamewar on Lugnet. It's called respect for other people. There is a forum for that sort of thing: Jlug. You should know it well since it's where you post 95% of the time. Tim (18 years ago, 14-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)
