No, we drive on the RIGHT side of the road. :-) It's you lot that are left out.
And if I can hack driving on the *wrong* side of the road (which I did in Oz
and in the UK... the latter with a STICK SHIFT, talk about disorienting) you
can handle driving on the right. Rentals in the US are uniformly automatics,
you have to really work hard to get a manual tranny no matter how small a
car you get.
California is impossible to navigate without a car. Or just about. SD is a
little better than some parts of CA but not much. Or so I hear. But I should
let the natives speak.
