  Re: Silkscreening parts

(...) Do you mean decals or stickers? I believe decals are printed on decal paper and you use water to float them off their backing and transfer them while wet, while stickers are printed on dry adhesive backed paper. Tangentially, there is a (...) (22 years ago, 5-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts.mod)

  Silkscreening parts

Hey nice, somebody made a new forum just in time for my question. Has anybody tried silkscreening onto Lego parts? I've been doing a lot of custom decals lately, running label paper through my inkjet, but I can't help but wonder if silkscreening (...) (22 years ago, 5-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts.mod)

Re: what is this smooth brown Technic cylinder?!?

(...) Visit the BrickLink price guide for this part in Brown: (URL) the shop that appeals to your price/quantity needs. If you want to see the sets that these come in visit the where used page: (URL) down to the color. Click on the set link and (...) (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

Re: what is this smooth brown Technic cylinder?!?

(...) Well, Peeron tells you what sets it comes in. You can go to the lugnet guide ((URL) and see what those sets retail for, and potentially stores that may currently have it in stock. Or you go to bricklink ((URL) and look it up there. It seems (...) (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

what is this smooth brown Technic cylinder?!?

I'm in need of a quantity of Technic Pin Joiner Rounds (part 75535). I know I could buy these directly from the stores associated with peeron.com, but as a newbie, I'm wondering if there is a better way. What I'd really rather do is buy a number of (...) (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

  Re: Wow!

(...) Thanks, I'll be right over. Soon as we're done with BrickFest, I can shred the MOCs that've used up all my latest "new parts" and put 'em on brickshelf with appropriate gory descriptions of how they got made. Always gives me shivers up and (...) (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

Re: Do you mind if I modify the topic? (Larry Puns Again)

Add /thumb/image.jpg(und...)thumb.jpg and you will link to the thumb instead of the full image. So: (URL) Better yet, make the (...) (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts.mod, FTX)

(...) That'd be me. Lugnet member #377, owner of (URL) modder of the brick, curator of this particular newsgroup, and all around Dremel wielding weirdo. Keep up the great modding work, and post it here! Be sure you set your FUT's right though! -Rob (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts.mod)

Re: Do you mind if I modify the topic? (Larry Puns Again)

(...) It suddenly dawned on me that I couldn't recall that I had ever seen a lugnet.parts.mod forum so I ambled back here to see that it is in fact new. X-Acto® hobby knife? No. Dremel® rotary tool? No. Victorinox® Swiss Army™ Knife! I always have (...) (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts.mod, FTX)

  Re: Wow!

(...) Not here they'd better not be. You're thinking of parts.MOD.... :-) Questions suitable for here would be along the lines of "if LEGO could make just one new part next year, what would you choose?" (22 years ago, 4-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

  Wow!

They've made a special bat channel just for us! Hope the faint of heart purists don't browse these threads too often. There are all sorts of dastardly doings that are gonna get posted here. Mwuaahaaahaahaahaa (22 years ago, 3-Aug-04, to lugnet.parts)

Do you mind if I modify the topic? (was Re: Right on Schedule, ... or was it?
