I will make secure arrangements by the first part of next week (Feb. 3ish)
for the March 15, 16 dates. We can have full use of the entire facility on
Sat. as early or late as needed. Sunday might be a little more restricted
due to the Bible study group. But, we can still have dedicated use of the 2
(maybe 3) large lockable rooms for Sunday until 1pm, then we can have full
use again. I will check on the Gym and see if there is a game or anything
that may prevent use from using that area also.
I can make a layout map of the facility, if that might help give an idea of
how the place looks. I can also send out maps to the building when needed
later.
