I'm not sure what to decide. Matt Sailors hasn't responded yet, but people
are anxious to nail down a date and place. I guess the best thing to do is
to proceed with your plans and make arrangements. Please!
See if you can schedule this meeting for March 15th and 16th. I think having
it available from 8 'till 8 on Saturday is good (if possible). For Sunday,
perhaps 8 'till 3?
I know not everyone will go the whole time, but our meetings are very
free-form and people come and go as they please. It's not requried that we
all adhere to a strict schedule ;-)
I'm not sure on the attendance yet, but I would guess 10~15 people may come.

We can have full use of the entire facility on Sat. as early or late as needed. Sunday might be a little more restricted (...) (22 years ago, 30-Jan-03, to lugnet.org.us.texlug)
