So far I have gotten a very positive response to the open house on Sunday. I sent out the information about our event to the volunteers who teach RoboLab in Austin elementary and junior high schools, so the visitors - kids and adults - should be (...) WOW! that's big. and more importantly, it looks good. i really like the windows inside the inset arches.. it has this really great giant defensive structure look to it: something built not to look good and pretty but mean and powerful and effective. I was *very* pleased to be able to attend. Everyone there had a great time, and I was able to chat with Stephen Gerling, who designed the stamp, and he was very friendly.
