  Re: Meeting in March?

Greg and All I received this message from Bert earlier in the week. He is another that will be at the meeting and seemed to have some valued info for us. Here ya go: I didn't see any responses to your last message so I guess the meeting will be on (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.us.richlug)

  Re: Meeting in March?

(...) Benjamin - Thanks for chiming in. Too bad you're headed to Canada before BrickFest in July because I think (based on last year) that event would be worth you travelling over to No. VA from TN. Good luck up there in the real North. The local (...) (24 years ago, 17-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.us.richlug)

  Re: Meeting in March?

(...) Hey Greg I'm just an "honorary" member...my only ties to Richmond involve living in 1997 for 4 months (actually it was Fort Lee/Petersburg). I am right now in Tennessee and it would be next to impossible in my current situation to travel all (...) (24 years ago, 17-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.us.richlug)

  Re: Library Display (vs. BrickFest)

This sounds good to me. I think that way everyone will have something that fits. I don't have a number for that particular dept, but I do have a customer relations number. I am sure we could get through to someone through them. I got to them through (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.us.richlug)

  Re: Library Display (vs. BrickFest)

I'm glad that they do not just want a "space" theme display. I was thinking that a multi-theme display that crossed several "timelines" could be really neat. The "edges" of each theme display could blend together (kind of like the Bill and Mary Idea (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.us.richlug)

  Re: Meeting in March?

I think a meeting on the 31st is our best bet. I think we will have a better turn out and will give us a little more time. I don't know how quickly the library needs a answer about this display, but I will find out. I think one way or another we (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.org.us.richlug)

  Re: Library Display (vs. BrickFest)

The Library doesn't want just space thank goodness. I like your idea greg. A some what middle of theroad futuristic theme may be good for our display, it will make it easy for people to contribute the display and not intrude so much on what we want (...)
