How about some train-related creations?

Are you thinking about stuff like a coal loading facility? Maybe a grain
loader? Lumber yard? I already said a logging facility. Train wash? Not like
the Lego built. More like a power wash area. Train building facility? Steel
mill? A customized car loading dock. Military train convoy? I’m having a
hard time thinking of stuff; trains don’t do much anymore. Too bad we
couldn’t be cool like Trevor and have a gungan processing plant. Then load
the gungans onto a train. But like Trevor's thought, it might offend some
people.

Boy, i should come in here more often.  Sorry i havn't been around much.  I
know a great way to build a fairly large grain facility, and i havn't seen
it done yet.  It involves the large 4x4x6 quarter circle panels, and lots of
bricks.  You would stack the panels 3-4 high, and add a loading shack and
somewhat of a frame over the towers to make the illusion of a conveyer system.

Then there is the sanding tower:

BTW if you need pictures of multiple different trucks go here, i should have
a good one there:

P.S. I'll post other ideas, oh, and if i can get to GR for GATS i'll bring a
few loco's and freight cars, maybe even a building ot two.

Hey, no fair. Your ideas have pictures.

Nice pictures though. What 4x4x6 part are you talking about? What set is it
in? I think I know what you’re talking about but I’m not sure on which set
it’s in. Star Wars? They used to be in the old bulk buckets. It would be
fairly simple to build, but like you said it would take a lot of bricks. I’m
thinking about doing a logging/saw mill, but I’ll have to buy some things.
Everyone knows how that works. That’s my next project.

I have another idea, maybe a horse loading dock. Hmm? Pulling at strings
here, since I don’t have pictures.

Somebody needs to do a power plant with a thaw shed. Some coal cars are put
in what is called a thaw shed. This is where coal can warm up to a certain
temp so it can be used. That’s if it’s cold out. I don’t remember the temp
but the coal can’t be frozen before it’s used. So power plants have what is
called a thaw shed. It’s usually attached to the side of the power plant. I
know what everyone is thinking. Why don’t you build it since you think you
know what you’re talking about? Well I’m going to (that’s if no one else
wants to build it), but I want to do the log/saw mill first. When I was a
kid I always tough it was cool how logs would go in one side and lumber
would come out the other end. Well that’s all I can think of for now. I’ll
keep an eye out for more ideas.

Tony
