Well, I was under the impression that Mar.10 was a go. And like I said, Kai
had offered. But that was a few weeks ago and Kai would have to check with
his parents to confirm, so in the mean time we should work out an
alternative site. Personally, I think it is better to host sites at homes
owned or rented by actual AFOL's since we are more enthusiastic to host
large groups of people. I don't know how Kai's parents would like a bunch
of 25-45 year old strangers crowding their kitchen.
My place is unavailable on Mar. 10, since I have guests showing up to use my
place that day. I don't have to be there though, so I can make it to the
meeting in the USA if it's at another site like Kai's. I would reeeaally
like to connect on Mar. 10th if at all possible.
April 10th is a Tuesday, so that's no good. I am good for the first two
weekends of April for a followup meeting. If we plan it right, and if
everyone is willing to cross the border, I would be happy to host a meeting
at that point. Scott, if all else fails, we can hold a mini meet for the
space dudes in the area (how many, three or four?) if the train dudes don't
want to cross the border around that time.
Feedback people...need feedback. :^)
