Hey michlug! I wanted to let all you guys know what a awesome job you did on
the GATS display, a little late in coming, oh well.
It was probably one of the best displays I've ever seen. You implemented
lots of creativity and made the city come alive. Have you named the city yet?
You had some very creative ways of displaying everything. It all looked so
good and as if you had actually really planned it out before assembling it,
rather than everyone building their own thing and then connecting it all
with road plates. That IMO, looks rather silly, but all that I would be
capable of.
If I could make one suggestion though, would be to heavily expand the
water/naval base area, it looked great, but I think that Ricks um, SSBN? or
is it USSBN? his sub, would greatly benifit from a naval base or a secret
base type thing. Watch the first part of "The Hunt fo Red October" to see
what I mean. If LFB or Marc Cook are anywhere in your area, maybe you could
get them to bring one of their destroyers, just an idea.
Very cool job overall though, I really liked Amy's building's (who doesn't?)
and Scott's Shell Station, and whosever's idea it was to put the crashed
plane in the building, that was really clever. Oh and I like the airport
too, and just about everything else their as well. Great work, I'm looking
forward to seeing the display for next year's show. I think I heard that
it's in February or something?

| (...) Tee hee. That idea is already in progress. I am working on a large Naval base currently. It is SSBN, by the way. SSBN means Surface-to-Surface Ballistic Nuclear sumbarine. Basicly a Missile boat or an Ohio-Class/Typhoon-Class. an SSN is a (...) (23 years ago, 6-Aug-01, to lugnet.org.us.michlug)
