(...) Yeap. I think some of the other clubs came to the conculsion that you need 2x+2 legs, where x equals the number of tables you have. But there are rents unchanged since the seventies right here in my city - by today's prices, two meals at McDonald's are more expensive than those rents (25 years of continuous devaluation of currency). An unprecedented event has occured. My apartment rent has gone down. That's right, I said down. Damn near gave me a coronary. Needless to say I am not going to move in the coming year.
