(...) Okay, here is my advice. If you are going to build a car specifically for the LUCNY display, build it to the tolerances your club uses. If they run 6 wide cars, stick to 6 wide. 8 wide, then 8 wide. Anything that you build that deviates from (...) (22 years ago, 18-Oct-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny, lugnet.trains)

LUCNY to date has not offically determined what the LUCNY Standard is.. Most of us build to 6 wide. I honestly think 8 wide is a little much but, it does have its benefits. My only complaint about it is when you go with one size over another the (...) (22 years ago, 19-Oct-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

I think this merits some translation. What Duane is attempting to do is to make a train car that can hold a Bionicle Toa and may be "decorated" with such parts.
