I don't know about anyone else, but I prefer red. I think the fence will
look better if all the buckets are the same color, and most of the buckets
(in particular, all the buckets that Steve M. wants to contribute) are
red.

Level crossings are good. Is there anywhere in the layout where the track
crosses or can be made to cross a street?
