    Deep Yellow —Steve Hassenplug
I see the board mounting pictures on the web site have been updated: (URL) :) Last night, I played my first Connect Four game against my robot. Actually, I played about six or seven games. My robot can do everything, but actually drop the chips. All (...) (21 years ago, 2-Dec-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

        Re: Deep Yellow —Calum Tsang
(...) That sounds great! Just to make sure, confirm your board is similar to Derek's: Dimensions as per this diagram: (URL) = 20 Studs, 20 Studs B = 33 Studs, 33 Studs C = 31 Studs, 31 Studs D = 7 Studs, 7 Studs We've found there may be some (...)          Re: Deep Yellow —Steve Hassenplug
(...) Well, I'm not sure about C or D (that looks right), but A=20, and B=33 (but will bend into 32) And, the legs fit very well into the updated mounting as pictured on the web site. (21 years ago, 2-Dec-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

         Re: Deep Yellow —Trevyn Watson
(...) I finally got around to measuring my board, and it fits those dimensions exactly (does it still matter?). Also, since no one objected to me removing bumps from my pieces, I'm going to go ahead and do that. Have we outlawed red+yellow pieces (I (...)          Re: Deep Yellow —Chris Magno
(...) Good news. (YES board dimentsions matter) (...) WHAT KIND OF CRACK HAVE YOU BEEN USING AS A SUPPOSITORY????? I objected to you fileing down the bumps!!!          Re: Deep Yellow —Steve Hassenplug
(...) So, how's that robot coming along? I found something in NQC that may be helpful when testing your robot. Usually, that would be when you're debugging, but I'm sure you won't need to debug. This function: SetRandomSeed(n); will allow you to (...)      (...) I respectfully suggest, sir, that it is you who is using crack. In post #9866, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto ((URL) you wrote: "I don't see any reason why you should not file off the bumps." This seems to clearly say that I _can_ file the bumps (...) (21 years ago, 3-Dec-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

          Re: Deep Yellow —Derek Raycraft
(...) I'd like to withdraw this sarcastic comment. No particular reason. That fact that I just started building my C$ robot has nothing to do with it. Or that these damn bumbs are a pain in the... File away I say. Derek (21 years ago, 5-Dec-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
