When My robot picks up a block, the process of moving it to its target
square  rattles stuff.  When the robot finally puts the block in the
square, sometimes the "block" will touch or slightly rest on the black
cell wall border.   is this acceptable?  what about the position of the
blocks.  Once or twice, the blocks will turn or flip to the point that
the studs no longer face down.   how will this affect scoring, if at
all???

<mock Chris: ON> --- I Don't know how it got turned off.....

That's an easy question:
If your name is Chris Magno you will be deducted 10 points.
If your robot in any way resembles Chris Magno (be it in a effigy or just
down right SLOW) you will be deducted 5 points.
If your robot is said to "SUCK", by any not rtl Member deduct 2 points...

<mock Chris: Locked in the on position>
