When My robot picks up a block, the process of moving it to its target
square  rattles stuff.  When the robot finally puts the block in the
square, sometimes the "block" will touch or slightly rest on the black
cell wall border.   is this acceptable?  what about the position of the
blocks.  Once or twice, the blocks will turn or flip to the point that
the studs no longer face down.   how will this affect scoring, if at
all???

I'd say that's really pushing it. :) In real-world automation (not trying to
sound elitist or anything, just stating fact), accurate placement is usually
a very strong requirement. You're not allowed there to just strew components
about. STREWN ABOUT! FORBIDDEN! :)

I'd *like* to say that the blocks have to be nested within the studs they're
suposed to be siting on - but that's also pushing it the other way with the
limitations with regards to accuracy with LEGO.

If it were up to me, I'd say the blocks cannot be riding up on the perimeter
walls of the cells, and they can't be turned over, in order to count.

(My opinion only...!)
