the deed as I see it. —Chris Magno
I did up my own MOC as what the standard MIGHT look like, sorry for the colours. i am running out of all black. (URL) CLEARLY these bot could NEVER win, but it gives and idea of what i see the HITW standard to look like. i mean, heck its HUGE if you (...)      (...) Sorry Chris I didn't mean to say SMALL hole in my last post, I just thought that the whole fact of doing the transaction might be a a little hard, unless both robots are co-operating (one waiting, the other unloading). Very nice creation, (...) (19 years ago, 20-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) John said it best. there is going to be a bit of BLIND luck for this to work. I have a simple idea that i want to try to see if i can get a bot to deposit. (...) ALL of those pics are JUST MOCK UPS. they are NOT real robots. they DO NOTHING. (...) (19 years ago, 21-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Several people have said this event will require blind/dumb luck. But a bit? Well, Ok. BTW, did you guys see a couple weeks ago, parts of the lower US got a bit of rain? Just a bit. Steve (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) I just don't want to be too discouraging to the more delusional in the group. I know where this is going. It will still be fun/funny to watch. Derek (19 years ago, 22-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: the deed as I see it. —David Koudys
(...) I have no problem with getting any EOAT into the square hole when the 'bots are lined up properly. I have a huge problem with getting the 'bots to line up properly. for example, if you're little square hole 'bot was facing the exact opposite (...)         Re: the deed as I see it. —John Guerquin
(...) OK, I'm beginning to like this HITW idea. Seems more interesting and challenging than having open-top hoppers driving around (or standing still). Who's to say that your bot can't be a square, with 3 HITW, one on each side, and on the 4th side (...) (19 years ago, 21-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: the deed as I see it. —Chris Magno
(...) HECK, you have 12", and we havent decided on a HITW or SIZE of the HITW. so there is NOTHING to stop you from building as many inputs as you can cram into 12" cubed. (...) the more i think about it, the more i like this idea. your score is (...) (19 years ago, 21-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
