I would say, at minimum 13 bricks tall.  Iain will let us know the exact
height of his Elura/Flatbed combo, as that's likely the tallest non Lego
creation, but I came to 13 as the 4552 Rail Crane needs a clearance of 13
bricks, and that's the tallest of my 9V collection, if not the entire 9V line.

I think 14 bricks would be safer.... although I just built a train wagon that was 15 high..... (I will be making it shorter) hopefully 13.
