  Make gears quieter
 
Guys, How can I reduce the noise that comes from a set of gears? O.T. (duh its rtl) I have a cool new weiser lock set; the automated kind. Forget keys, just punch in a code. Its so cool!!! (thanks DOC) Just to clarify the "noise" is more from the "whirr" of the motor/gear, than the actual bolt slam. (...) the manufacture CALIMS close to (...) (...) Cool, this is exactly what you need. Even a small code space is good if there is a code entry delay that makes walking the space take an unreasonable amount of time.
