Hey folks, Iain came by today and we ended up building a floating arm trebuchet to see what it would be like. In about an hour, we put together the model after using references from trebuchet.com. Yet more rtlTrain4 info. There are effectively 4 major regions of track in the layout: The Altenburg (upper) loop; this will have clearance for a metroliner at most. 6 wide trains (possibly with small clips protruding from the sides). If its a tall building that's L shaped or U shaped, you can place a camera on the roof that looks down on one of the sides of the building. You'll get to see the building out from under the camera.
