(...) I don't think this is a requirement, but it is nice to have. Doesn't have to be very large. I think everything on the layout should be reachable within the width of one module. I've captured one of my deisgns that I think is fairly good: (URL) 10 & 2/2 modules * 2 full loops for added engineer time * "Hightown" area raised 18 bricks encompassing 2 modules * Tunnel under Hightown for the lower loop * Either loop could be (...) I've been creating dozens of layouts in TrackDesigner. I see some things recurring, and I wanted to know how people felt about the importance of including certain features in a layout: (A) An "inside" centre space. _Description_: The modules, in at (...) (...) I have one module and two half modules. As I've mentioned before, my apartment is very small so I don't have enough room to store modules. So I've done a little more thinking. First, it occurs to me that this layout is sort of the minimum sized big-8 layout: (URL) requires 7 modules.
