  Re: No one asked...

(...) As well, the actual tram isn't designed to go up ramps. Eh, we might have to forego this idea. I just had another thought--if we're serious about this extension, we should start trying to figure out how all this is going to tie into NMRA. Just (...) (...) *Real* cooks (as opposed to gunning-cooks, is that anything like Pastry Sergeants? ) use an aluminium ring that covers just the pie edge, especially made for this very application. It has the advantage of being reusable, and thus more (...) (20 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Oh yes, the test pie, what was I thinking? (...) Awwwwww (...) Just as a side note, if you want to try that again, always mix the cornstarch in a bit of cold water, or the "juice" from the can, to make it into a thick but runny glue like paste (...)   Re: No one asked...

(...) Well, the Racers track is eight dots wide...and the train track clearance between is eight dots. Which would be fine if the Racers track was on the ground, but it's at like 8 bricks high or something, which might make it conflict with actual (...)   Re: No one asked...

(...) No. There isn't. I had two thoughts on this point. If we are running the large layout we don't use the section of track the gutter train crosses so it doesn't matter. Or I could build some sort of lift bridge for the gutter train. There is an (...) (20 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) The foil I've never heard of (I will remember than for good pies) but the fork pricks were apathy more than anything. I know I could have put more effort there but this was a test pie (which failed miserably--the filling was far too watery and (...) (20 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: No one asked...

(...) I really like this idea. Since the guttter train currently doesn't cross over any track at this time, but with the new 'Derek Plan' it will, is there enough clearance between the gutter track and the train track? Just wondering. (...) (20 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Mmmmmmm peaches. (...) Very lovely looking pie Calum, but I would have thought you could have lined up the fork pricks in a more pleasing design, I mean come on, I have higher expectations then that. P.S. Thin strips of tin foil covering just (...) (20 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Without a doubt. (...) Must be, be thankful it's not V P (very pretty!) Hey Jeff, out of curiousity, are you getting my mail now? I sent you one about the new "leg" of the layout. Janey (Plain old "Red Brick") (20 years ago, 25-Nov-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
