Weird. Even Trekkies don’t get into Star Trek quite that much, I think...

Uh... Yeah Trekkies do get into Star Trek that much. I have been told all sorts of scientific “facts” by Trekkies. Such as; heat is not a form of kinetic energy, mass has nothing to do with momentum, NASA wishes they could harness the power of anti-matter as it will be the fuel of the future (blatantly ignoring that NASA tested an anti-matter reactor and found it genrated less useable energy than a fusion reactor.) I loved the one where the guy said a 50 “isoton” warhead has to be more powerful than anything from any other sci-fi, while ignoring my corrections that “iso” is the prefix modifer for 1x. (where “kilo” is the modifer for 1000x.) I could go on for a while.
