(...) Hmmm... C++ uses generally the same syntax, and it can reference the Java API... That *must* mean... nah. The things that make Java Java, are not available in Javascript. These things include but aren't limited to: object-oriented (1) (...) (25 years ago, 28-Jun-99, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)

(...) Nononononononono --- it's Javascript that does that (1). Last time I checked, Java doesn't have any control over the browser's window geometry. I keep Java turned on, Javascript turned off.
